
PG County Chapter Scholarships

Every year the Prince George's County Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., awards scholarships to multiple Prince George's County high school students. The Jack and Jill of America Foundation also awards scholarships.
Prince George's County Chapter Scholarships
Since 2010, the Chapter has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships to 92 students who graduated from public high schools in Prince George's County. In 2020, as a consequence of record-braking fundraising, the chapter awarded $25,000 in scholarships to 22 Awardees.

Our Chapter offers three different scholarships:
The Geneva Mays Merit Scholarship
Students interested in this scholarship will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Prince George’s County, Maryland resident

Graduating Prince George's County public high school senior
-
Plan to attend an accredited post secondary institution during the next academic school year
(award based on actual enrollment -
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above required
The Prince George's County Legacy Scholarship
Students interested in this scholarship will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Prince George’s County, Maryland resident

Graduating Prince George's County public high school senior

Plan to attend an accredited post secondary institution during the next academic school year
(award based on actual enrollment -
Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above required and have shown significant academic improvement over previous years
Jack & Jill Book Scholarship

Prince George’s County, Maryland Resident

Graduating Prince George's County public high school senior

Plan to attend an accredited post-secondary institution during the next academic school year (award based on actual enrollment)

Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above required and have demonstrated academic excellence and leadership in school or community
The Jack and Jill of America Foundation Scholarships
The Jack and Jill Foundation awards an annual scholarship to a graduating senior who will have and maintain full-time status at an accredited,four year post secondary institution beginning in the fall of the year working toward a bachelor’s degree.
